SR
A programming language designed for writing concurrent and possibly distributed programs. The basic constructs are those of resources (processes and their local state - much like actors) and operations (the primitive operations of interaction). There are also shared/global state and operations.SR provides a novel integration of the mechanisms for invoking and servicing operations, so local and remote procedure call, rendezvous, message passing, dynamic process creation, multicast, and semaphores are supported.
